All products presented in our online store are guaranteed. Exchange and return of goods is made in accordance with the "Law on the protection of consumer rights" within 14 days from the date of purchase.

If you did not like the color of the product, the product itself, it did not suit you in size and you want to exchange it for another or return it, you need to ask the manager about the availability of the product that suits you and agree on the date and time of exchange / return. You can always independently come to our store at a time convenient for you and exchange the goods. If you received your order by CDEK courier service, you can also exchange or return it by sending it back through the pick-up point. After we receive the order, we will send you a new order or refund your money by bank transfer.

Please note that the product you want to exchange or return must be in a brand new packaging, clean, not used. Have all supporting documents.


If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period (1 month from the date of receipt of the parcel), the order amount is refunded in full, including delivery. For external defects, things must be checked upon shipment.

If, after receiving the goods during the warranty period, you find a defect, you need to:

  1. Take pictures of the defective product or part of it.
  2. Send a photo to the address indicated in the Contacts section, while indicating: number and date of the order, bill of lading number, description of the problem, your contact phone number
  3. Wait for confirmation of exchange / return. Our staff will definitely contact you and help you!
